Further to my recent purchase of my 1997 Mitsubishi Delica from you, I would just like to say how delighted with the vehicle I am and the professional manner I was dealt with from my first telephone enquiry through to the exchange of vehicles. I look at the vehicle everyday and still cannot believe it is 15 years old. Now I have my personal registration on it I ask people to guess the age and the oldest I have been given is 4 years and most say 2. It drives like new having only covered 41K miles. I was followed home recently and my stalker was interested in the vehicle as it was in such good condition, he was going to make me a offer for it but when I told him I had only had it a week he asked where I had purchased it from, I of course pointed him in your direction. I hope to keep it for many years but when I am ready for a change I will certainly have no hesitation in getting back in touch with you. And I recommend you on a weekly basis as the car is a talking point.

You made what really could have been a very stressful event (as we were coming over from the Isle of Man), easy. The car was exactly as described and the small amount of work it required before we picked it up was sorted by yourself very efficiently and promptly. We got our 1st Japanese import from Kings Valley, a fabulous Nissan Cube, which we loved. The service we received from Kara & family was & is, second to none. 15 months on, due to disability issues, we went back to Kara & told her what we were looking for.
The Nissan Elgrand that she showed us completely surpassed our expectations, as it had everything we needed + an electric disability seat which came down from the van to wheelchair level! We had been looking for an 8 seater for a while and saw the beautiful cars on kingsvalley website to be honest they looked too good to be true. We took the 30 mile drive to check the cars out and were amazed at how beautiful the cars were.Kara and the family were fantastic and helped us every step of the way we hardly did anything they did it for us. Love our car we have actually been stopped and asked where we got the car from we can be embarrassing when it's a workman directing traffic in rush hour. As you know I had been to several Japanese Importers and the standard of the interiors on the vehicles I saw was less than impressive.
I was extremely dissapointed and thought that maybe buying a 10+ year old import wasn't such a good idea after all, that was however until I walked into Kings Valley saw the amazing standard of the vehicles you had & knew that I would find the car I wanted and would be looked after.
I cannot fault in any way the service that you and your team have given me, and the little extra miles you went to to make sure I was happy.
My Delica is undoubtably the most stunning vehicle I have ever had the pleasure of owning, and the showroom quality still amazes me.
I am still like a kid with a new toy and look for any opportunity to jump in the car and go for a spin.
I would be happy to talk to anyone and praise continuously the friendlines, helpfulness and knowledge that you guys provide, you made the whole experience from beginning to end a pleasure.

I was told about this site by a friend so i got in touch with Kara and told her what i was looking for and price range, it was like talking to someone i had known for years, soon she was sending me pics with prices and after a couple
pics she had found the perfect mpv a Toyota 3lt 8 seater although it is ten years old it in showroom condition no rust anywhere and the interior was spotless runs like a dream,
the Japanese really look after there vehicles.

This is a brilliant little car, very honestly described and delivered to the door ( because work precluded me viewing and collecting). Months later it is running well with no major issues and clearly having benefitted from coming from a place where the roads are not salted. Much higher specification than is seen fit to offer to the UK.
